Dalilea Farm House

Our Location

Dalilea Farm is in a remote and rural part of the West Highlands. The nearest village is Acharacle which is about 6 miles away. There is a shop which has a supply of most essentials, a bakery, post office, tea room and hotel/pub. Please note that there is no petrol station nearby (the nearest is Strontian or Mallaig) so please make sure you have plenty of fuel before you leave Fort William or at Onich before you come over the Corran Ferry.

How to get here

Dalilea Farm is situated on a signposted turning off the A861 between Acharacle and Kinlochmoidart. You can come two different ways.

You can go via the Corran/Ardgour Ferry (3 miles north of the Ballachulish Bridge) and then driving through Strontian and Acharacle. The turning is about 5 miles after Acharacle, signposted down to the right for Dalilea.

or

You can go via Fort William using the Mallaig Road (A830) and turning left at Lochailort onto the A861. The turning is a sharp turn down to the left a couple of miles past Kinlochmoidart signposted for Dalilea.

Once you’re on the Dalilea road head down to the farm. If you’re staying in the lodge please go up the driveway of the big white farmhouse (you might have to open the white gate) and park over by the chalet. Please come to the back door of the house to find us once you have arrived.

Please note that if you use Sat Nav the postcode will not be too useful, as our postcode covers an area of about 5 miles!
